1. Who we are

2. What the App does

The App is our agency's internal marketing platform. Our team writes, reviews and approves content for clients, then publishes it to the client's social channels with the client's consent.

Nothing is published automatically. Every piece passes a human approval step before the publish action becomes available.

3. YouTube

The App uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to the YouTube channel you connect. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at [https://www.youtube.com/t/terms](https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

Data the App obtains through YouTube API Services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and in the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page.

4. Your account

Access is per individual account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity carried out from your account.

Connecting a social channel or page means you are entitled to publish to it, either as its owner or as an authorised administrator.

5. What is not allowed

• Publishing content that breaks the rules of the social platforms or the law.
• Attempting to access data belonging to other organisations or clients in the App.
• Using the App to collect data from social platforms for any purpose other than publishing approved content.

6. Your content

Content you upload or generate remains yours, or your client's. We use it strictly to provide the service: we store it, process it, and send it to the social platforms you choose.

7. Third-party services

The App connects to third-party platforms and services for hosting, storage, publishing and AI assistance. Your use of those is governed by their terms. The list is in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and liability

The App is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or commercial results.

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the App, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend access if these terms are breached. You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and changes

Romanian law applies. We may update these terms; the current version and the date of the last revision are always shown on this page.
